1973 Right to Choose Tee
On January 22, 1973, the Supreme Court issued a 7–2 decision in favor of "Jane Roe" (Norma McCorvey) holding that women in the United States had a fundamental right to choose whether to have abortions without excessive government restriction.
On June 24, 2022, in a historic and far-reaching decision, the U.S. Supreme Court officially reversed Roe v. Wade on Friday, declaring that the constitutional right to abortion, upheld for nearly a half century, no longer exists.
We believe that abortion should be available to all who make that choice for themselves, and we stand against the Supreme Court's decision to take away that right to choose.
