✽ Returns & Exchanges
All sales on non-clothing purchases are final. Luvsick does not offer returns or exchanges on any non-clothing items.
Exchanges
We want you to be able to feel confident about the fit of your clothing purchases with us, so Luvsick now offers exchanges on clothing items ONLY.
For online purchases, customers may now return an item within 14 days of purchase (must be postmarked within the 14 day exchange window and the customer must cover the cost of shipping) and receive store credit for the cost of the item returned. In-person purchases at our Logan Square location can be returned to the shop and exchanged for another item of the same value or in exchange for store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and you must have the electronic receipt of your purchase.

Returns
We thoroughly inspect each item for any flaws, and strive to accurately represent our items in each listing. We do our best to ensure accurate measurements and to make note of any notable flaws the item may have. If there are any issues with an item you’ve purchased outside of listed condition issues, returns on clothing items where a monetary refund is requested are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

✽ Payment
Payment is due at time of checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.
AfterPay is now available for online purchases! Pay for your order in four payments, every 2 weeks. Always interest-free. With interest-free installments, the only fees are for late payments.
✽ Holds
We do not allow holds on any items.
✽ Shipping
Orders are shipped from our headquarters in Chicago, IL. Orders are mailed every Monday and Friday, so please expect your order to be shipped within 2-5 business days from date of purchase. All items are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders.
Some larger/heavier items (usually housewares) may be marked as "local pickup in Chicago only" and unavailable for shipping. Please refer to the item description for more information.
We offer international shipping to Canada! We can ship to other countries by request. Duties and fees may apply.
