We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns for store credit under the following terms:


🛍️ In-Store Purchases

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit only.


📦 Online Purchases

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email.

🚫 Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted merchandise

  • Accessories (including jewelry, bags, etc.)

  • Intimates or bodysuits

  • Story Sale items on Instagram (see below)


📲 Instagram Story Sales

We occasionally offer exclusive deals and one-of-a-kind pieces through Instagram Story Sales via our official account: @luvsickplus

Please note:

  • All Story Sale purchases are final.

  • No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued.

  • Items are sold as-is and often in limited quantities, so please read descriptions carefully before claiming.

Once claimed and paid for, Story Sale items cannot be canceled or refunded.


💳 Store Credit

  • Store credit is issued as a digital code or can be applied in-store.

  • It does not expire.

  • It may be used toward any future purchase, excluding final sale items.

In-Store Pickup Policy

Customers who select in-store pickup are required to collect their items within 60 days of receiving notification that the order is ready for pickup.

A single reminder email will be sent prior to the expiration of the 60-day holding period. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate and to monitor communications regarding their order.

If an order is not picked up within the 60-day period, the items will be considered forfeited. At that point, the store reserves the right to restock, resell, or otherwise dispose of the items without issuing a refund or store credit.

By choosing in-store pickup, customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
